Refund Policy

Effective date: 14 September 2026

This policy applies to subscriptions and related digital services purchased for Launch, an AI-assisted website-building service from Better Tomorrow Tech, a brand operated by Better Tomorrow Co.

  1. NO REFUNDS AFTER SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVATION

All paid Launch subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed and subscription access has been activated.

This applies to monthly, annual and other prepaid subscription periods. We do not provide full, partial or prorated refunds because:

• you changed your mind;

• you did not use the service;

• you no longer require a website;

• you cancelled during an active billing period;

• you selected the wrong plan;

• you did not use all available features, websites or AI credits;

• you failed to publish or maintain your website; or

• a feature you expected was not included in the plan description presented at purchase.

Please review the plan, included features and billing period carefully before subscribing.

  1. CANCELLING RENEWAL

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before the next renewal is processed.

Cancellation prevents future renewal. It does not reverse the current charge or create a refund for the active subscription period.

Unless access is suspended for a breach or security reason, paid features will ordinarily remain available until the end of the current billing period. After that period, websites or paid functionality may be restricted, disabled or moved to any available free level.

Deleting content, discontinuing use or allowing a domain to expire does not automatically cancel billing.

  1. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

A refund, payment reversal, service extension or other appropriate remedy may be considered only when:

• the same subscription charge was processed more than once;

• payment was collected but the subscription was not activated;

• we discontinue the paid service before the end of the purchased period without providing a reasonable alternative; or

• a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

We may first attempt to restore access, correct the issue, extend the subscription or provide an equivalent remedy.

  1. DOMAINS AND THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Domain-registration, renewal, payment-gateway and other third-party charges are non-refundable once processed by the relevant provider, except where that provider or applicable law permits a refund.

Launch is not responsible for the expiry or loss of a domain registered independently by the customer.

  1. CUSTOM WORK

Fees for custom design, configuration, content entry, domain setup, migration or other professional services are non-refundable once the corresponding work has begun.

If work has not started, any cancellation or refund will be considered according to the applicable quotation or written agreement.

  1. FREE PLANS, TRIALS AND PROMOTIONS

Free plans, complimentary periods, trial access, promotional credits and unused AI credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.

  1. REPORTING A BILLING OR SERVICE ERROR

Contact us within seven calendar days of discovering a duplicate charge, failed activation or other billing error. Include:

• the registered account name and email;

• the affected subscription;

• the transaction date, amount and reference; and

• a clear description of the problem.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

  1. APPROVED REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. The bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

  1. CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us first if you do not recognise a charge or believe a billing error occurred. Nothing in this policy restricts any lawful right to contact your bank, payment provider or consumer authority.

  1. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies relating to materially defective, deficient, incorrectly described or undelivered services.
