Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 14 September 2026

Launch is an AI-assisted website-building service from Better Tomorrow Tech, a brand operated by Better Tomorrow Co (“Launch”, “Better Tomorrow Tech”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to web.bettertomorrowco.tech and your use of Launch. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and any plan-specific conditions shown before purchase.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use Launch for a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.

You must provide accurate account, business and billing information.

  1. THE LAUNCH SERVICE

Launch allows customers to create, customize, manage, host and publish websites using templates, editing tools and AI-assisted content features.

Available websites, templates, custom-domain functionality, AI usage, storage and other features may depend on the selected plan.

  1. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may provide access only to authorised users associated with your business. An account may not be sold, transferred or shared outside the subscribing organisation without permission.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT

Prices, billing periods, included features and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase.

A paid subscription begins when payment is confirmed and access is activated. Recurring subscriptions may renew for the selected billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation does not create a refund for an activated subscription or the current billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by the Launch Refund and Cancellation Policy.

  1. LICENCE TO USE LAUNCH

During an active subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Launch for lawful business purposes.

The Launch platform, templates, software, interface and underlying technology remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. No source code or ownership interest is transferred to you.

  1. YOUR CONTENT

You retain rights in original content that you submit, subject to the rights of others. You give us and our service providers permission to host, process, reproduce and display that content as necessary to operate and support your website.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• is accurate and lawful;

• does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;

• does not contain unlawful, deceptive, abusive or malicious material;

• does not make unsupported business, health, financial or performance claims; and

• is supported by any permissions or licences required for publication.

  1. CUSTOMER WEBSITES

You are responsible for the website you publish through Launch, including its products, services, pricing, representations, forms, privacy notices and legal compliance.

Launch does not become the seller, service provider or contracting party for transactions between you and visitors to your website.

Templates described as suitable for e-commerce, bookings or other industries do not guarantee that every payment, inventory, booking or regulatory feature is included. You must verify the functionality available in your plan before relying on it.

  1. AI-ASSISTED CONTENT

AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to content generated for others. You must review, edit and approve all output before publication.

You are responsible for the final published content. AI output does not constitute legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

  1. CUSTOM DOMAINS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Custom-domain use may require configuration with an external registrar or DNS provider. You are responsible for maintaining domain ownership, renewals and accurate configuration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Launch may rely on third-party hosting, AI, domain, analytics, communications and security providers. Their availability, policies and technical limitations may affect the service.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not:

• use Launch for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity;

• publish malware, phishing pages or content intended to steal information;

• attempt to bypass security or obtain unauthorised access;

• copy, reverse engineer or redistribute protected platform technology;

• impersonate another person or business;

• send unlawful spam or collect personal data without appropriate notice or permission;

• interfere with the operation of Launch or other websites; or

• use the service in a way that infringes third-party rights.

  1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures and third-party outages may affect access.

Features may be improved or reasonably modified. If we permanently discontinue a paid core service before the end of an active subscription, we will provide an appropriate remedy where required.

You are responsible for retaining copies of important content. Launch should not be treated as your only backup.

  1. SEARCH AND BUSINESS RESULTS

We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue or other business outcomes. Search results depend on many factors outside our control.

  1. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may restrict or suspend access for non-payment, security risk, illegal activity, material breach of these Terms or conduct that harms the platform or other users.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate restriction may be necessary for fraud, malware, security threats or unlawful content.

When a subscription ends, published websites or paid features may be disabled, restricted or moved to any available free level. You should preserve required content before cancellation or expiry.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Launch name, Better Tomorrow Tech branding and original materials created by us belong to Better Tomorrow Co or the applicable rights holder.

Third-party software, templates, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

  1. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of anticipated profits, lost traffic, customer content, third-party services, domain expiry or events outside our reasonable control.

Our aggregate liability concerning a paid Launch subscription will not exceed the fees paid for that subscription during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Launch, our operations or applicable requirements. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable dispute-resolution law, disputes will be subject to the competent courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
